Hello!
This is actually my first blog experience from the "post -er" side! My hopes are that I will start making time to keep up a blog for our family, but I thought I would start by getting an update and pictures from our reunion out here so everyone could enjoy! Sorry it took me so long....
We held our reunion on June 22nd and 23rd. It was a lot of fun to catch up with everyone who came!
Here are some of the updates:
*Very important - Julianne got married ON June 22nd, so those who were involved in the wedding didn't get to come, but we thought about you guys and missed not getting to see you all! I'm sure the wedding was beautiful!
*Angel has 5 BOYS!! Those of us with one or two kids almost hit the floor when she told us that....we fell for it and then she told us that her boys have 4 legs and like to take lots of walks! Angel and her husband live in Fayetteville with their 5 dogs.
*Sherry lives in Elkins with her husband and adorable little girl! Sherry also has 2 step-daughters and a step-son, so things get very busy around their house with 4 kiddos to keep up with!!
*Carl brought his wife and 1 week old baby on Saturday. Their baby was tiny!! So sweet! Carl also has a little boy that from the pictures that we got to see, looks JUST like him!
*Josh lives in Fayetteville and is still on the search for a wife who will cook, clean and most importantly - mow the yard! I think the search is proving to be harder than he once thought it would be! Josh has a great job at Tyson and is doing really well!
*Jason S., aka "Cotton" has his hands VERY full with his twin girls! They are so cute! I think he's already getting a little bit worried about how he's going to handle the whole "boy" thing during their teenage years! Should be fun to watch! Jason lives in Farmington where his life is fixing to get even busier when the girls start Kindergarten there this fall!
*Lisa lives in Rogers with her husband and son. She got to come by on Saturday and introduce us to her little boy. He is adorable and had such a sweet nature about him! Lisa works at ANB. It was fun to see her and catch up a little!
*Nicohle came by on Saturday as well! She lives in Fayetteville with her fiance. I think they told me they were looking into planning a beach wedding someplace. Right now, she stays at home and does some jewelry design....doesn't that sound fun! We got to hear her fiance's funny story (not to him, I'm sure) about how he broke his wrist the night before by getting into a huge fist fight with this guy at.....oh wait, I mean by tripping over their cat as he was coming down their stairs. We appreciated them coming to see us even after spending most of the night in the ER!
*Jason J. lives in Elkins with his wife and handsome little boy! They came on Saturday and we got to enjoy catching up with them! There is a picture of them below and I caught it right after he had taken a big bite of "yo baby"....very cute! I don't know if you'll be able to pick Jason out in the class picture below. He had to stand in the back and you could barely see him.....yep, he's still that much taller than all of us!
*Tyler lives in Elkins and he has a mini-Tyler on his hands! His son is so cute and is as rough and tough as you would imagine! And although it's really hard to believe, he likes football. It was a shocker!
*Duncan and his girlfriend got to come and eat with us on Friday night. He lives in Fayetteville and works for a company that builds decks. He showed us a picture of a deck that cost more than any house I will ever own! Duncan is doing great!
*Tara lives in Fayetteville with her husband and little boy. We enjoyed getting to watch her little one laugh and look at all of the business going on around him. It finally wore him out and crashed out for the rest of the time! Tara gets to stay home with him and she is loving it!
*I live in Elkins with my husband and two boys. I work at Arvest and in my spare time (yeah right) I run around after the boys who keep me VERY busy!! We are extremely happy and are just trying to enjoy all of these years that seem to be flying by! I loved getting to see all of those who got to come to the reunion and hope that next time we can catch up with even more of you!
Here are some brief updates (or at least the city that they live in) on some of those who couldn't attend but I did get to talk to a little in the planning process:
*Jaime lives in South Carolina with her husband. She will start medical school in the fall.
*Shannon Croswell lives in Fayetteville and has a son.
*Shannon Stinson lives in Arizona with her husband and children. She said she is doing great and was really hoping to get to see everyone.
*Dan lives in Wesley.
*Gene lives in Florida.
*Erik lives in Elkins.
*Amber lives in Bella Vista with her children.
*James lives in California.
*Cassie lives in Louisianna.
*Cole lives in Farmington and the rodeo is still where his heart is from what I hear!
*Yancy lives in the Elkins area.
*Jill lives in Elkins.
*Kristi lives in Winslow.
*Michael lives in Louisianna and is finishing up his duty in the service.
*Braxton lives in Kansas.
*Jason W. lives in Elkins.
*Corey lives in Fayetteville.
*Shane lives in Fayetteville.
*Ashley is in California right now.
*We also created board in memory of our good friend Jeremy Paschal. We miss him, but we will never forget.....
That's all of the updates that I have.....sorry it was so long, but it has been 10 years.....ugg, we're getting older (not old, just older)!
Enjoy the candid shots that we took at the park! Talk to you all later!

Kristal,
I think you did a great job with your class reunion.
Your right about the aging process!
I would like for Josh to know that probably in a couple more years i won't recognize him either:)
Love Ya,
Dad
Looks like you guys had a great time. It's amazing how time flies by and things change. Hope to see you again soon.
